I woke up today, used the bathroom, and weighed myself. I was very excited to see what the scale would reveal to me! When it said 138.4, you could’ve knocked me over with a feather! I am so excited! I’m only 8 lbs more than I was in high school :) and now I have lost 16 lbs since January. I now have 18 lbs to go until I reach my goal weight! Must keep going!
